A grizzled old homeless man was asking passers-by for money, and nobody was looking at him. This broke my heart. <br /><br />When he asked me for money, I looked him right in the eye and said "I don't have any spare change....but would you like a kiss?" and handed him a Hershey's kiss. We both started laughing uproariously, we both got the joke and enjoyed it. It was a beautiful moment of shared humanity. <br /><br />Funny how when we recognize someone else as fully human, that becomes a divine moment!Paulahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06314638969031894375noreply@blogger.com
